My first product and still one of my favourites. There were no plastic-free dental flosses in the UK until I set up ABP and started importing Dental Lace, so I am very proud of my part in introducing the UK to plastic-free floss. The original silk version is my preferred floss, but we also stock a vegan version now too. Part of the appeal of Dental Lace, other than its eco-friendly qualities, of course, is that it comes in fun colourful containers, which, I’m going to say, (with no evidence whatsoever to back up this claim but it seems plausible), probably makes you more likely to floss. Because the container is more attractive to look at, you’ll reach for it more, as it makes the chore of flossing less boring. Even as adults we are not above and beyond such simple psychological nudges, so if your dentist has told you to floss more often and you struggle to remember, why not try out Dental Lace? Pick your favourite colour container, get flossing, and then next time you go to the dentist please beam smugly at them when they ask if you floss regularly. I’d call that a grinning endorsement!

“An unusual choice for me, as I’m not usually the kind of person to care about skincare. I didn’t believe the ‘hype’ at first, but when some friends started talking about the supposed amazing benefits of rosehip oil, I thought I’d better try it out for longer than the few days of use I had originally tested it for.
The hype is well justified! Rosehip seed oil does for me what all other products have failed to do, it’s been amazing at reducing my spots and improving those damn blemishes. Success!
You only need a few drops of this oil to cover your face, so it lasts a long time (about 8-9 months I’ve found). So, it may be more expensive than the other oils, but it is still very cost-effective, especially compared to cream-based moisturisers which you get through much more quickly. …It is very orange when you first put rosehip oil on, so you need to rub it in well. It does blend in though thankfully, believe me - I’m not leaving the house deliberately rocking the Oompah Loompa look. Although maybe some of you may choose to, no judgement, at least you’ll have a healthy glow about you!”
